How long until my unique, hand-painted doormat will ship?
While this does vary, and we try to get them out as soon as we can, we will not sacrifice quality for speed. Therefore, we give a 10-14 business day processing time to be on the safe side. Although, it is rarely ever that long.
Will my doormat look exactly like the picture on the website
Short answer, no. The nature of hand painted and hand crafted items is that there are slight differences between each item made. Which also gives hand crafted items their uniqueness. However, yours will look very similar to what is seen on the website.
I ordered a doormat and now I want to cancel. Can I?
If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, probably not. However, if we have not started any part of production on the item, then we will work with you on cancelling the order.
I have a special request. Is that possible?
Yes. We do custom orders on just about anything. (There are some designs we will not do though.) Simply email us through the contact form and let us know what you are wanting and we can go from there.
